The VIP Plan includes:
- Annual Maintenance Call by a qualified Expert HVAC Solutions technician, including reminder emails when your service is coming due
- Labour Warranty, so no call out fees, drive out fees or emergency fees
- 12 standard 1″ Media Filters and 1 humidifier filter, to get you through the year (discounts are available on premium filters)
- 15% Discount on equipment, supplies and upgrades
- Your furnace maintenance and service calls will all be covered for life of your contract
- Evening or Saturday appointments available
*Offer is available only on Carrier furnaces that are under 5 years old and labour warranties cannot exceed the 364th day of the 10th year. Dates are based on possession/registration date. Labour warranty can only be combined with a maintenance agreement and cannot be purchased separately.

- No emergency fees for after hour and emergency calls – you will always pay the day rate!
